A Different Perspective
It might not be universal energies, but I cannot deny that your perspective, your mindset, most definitely affects your outcome.
This June has been extremely tough, much of it self inflicted. In fact, it’s been the first time I had the thought that enough is enough. Never an option, but it felt like I had to escape. Run away from it.
You bottom out and then… just when it seems like there’s nothing left, you seem to get up. Start to pick up the pieces. Try and put things back together.
On the face of it, things remain as they were.
But something has changed.
You believe again. Sometimes you believe because you have no choice but to believe. At other times, because you earn your own self-belief by showing yourself that actually, you can do it. But most of the time, when you’re crashing, it’s the other people around you, who never stop believing in you, that change your perspective.
When your mindset changes, when you move to a different perspective, the world feels like it begins to move with you. You’re swimming with the current now. Riding the stream. It’s good. It’s not taken you there but it just feels, well, better. There’s more time needed. More time to get there. More time to fix things. But you’re moving again.
It seems things are getting closer, like the tide might be changing. You can taste it slightly. Like the faintest taste of salt when you’re near the sea on a windy day. Best not to jinx it, but you hope.
You won’t always believe in you. But someone else does.
Take the momentum when you have it. Create it when you don’t.
Change your thoughts. Change your perspective.
